Freelance mid-weight UX Researcher

Title: Freelance mid-weight User Researcher Start: Monday, 15th September Finish: Friday, 13th March (opportunity to extend)Length: 6 months (strong chance of extension)Client: Innovative cloud-based business software team IR35: Inside IR35 (must use an Umbrella, not Ltd or Sole Trader)Location: London or UK (UK-based preferred, open to adjacent time zones if needed)Work set-up: Remote Days: Full-time, 5 days per week, 9-6 pm, Monday - Friday Day rate: £290/day (maximum)

• Conduct end-to-end UX research across digital products

• Deliver actionable insights to influence product strategy and innovation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and analytics

• Ideally have experience working within a SaaS environment

We're working with a global accounting and payroll technology company to accelerate growth through user-centred insights. As a Contract User Researcher, you'll plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative research, analyse data, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

You'll be embedded in an agile team, advocating user-centred thinking, helping shape product strategy, and supporting continuous improvement of UX research practices.
