Head of Product

• £650 - £700 pd

Key experience:

• Experience working as a senior product leader in large scale, complex organisations/environments
• Experience in both building and evolving internal platforms and shared services, not solely end-user features
• Proven experience owning and scaling data platforms
• Strong software and technical fluency and the ability to liaise intimately with UX, Engineering and Architecture
• Experience in large-scale matrix organisations operating and delivering against high-volume, mission-critical data systems
• Adept at balancing team management with product strategy and long-term platform vision.
