Mental Health System Integration Programme Manager Band 8B

This role sits at the heart of mental health, community and primary care systems integration, helping deliver a single, integrated digital care records. The focus: safe, secure, seamless information flow that improves patient outcomes and supports frontline staff.

• Leading complex digital and systems integration programmes in mental health and community care
• Driving Agile delivery across multi-disciplinary clinical, technical and policy teams
• Owning programme planning, dependencies, risks and delivery flow
• Coaching teams in Agile and Lean, embedding modern ways of working
• Working closely with national stakeholders to deliver user-centred digital services

• Experience in the delivery of NHS integration projects
• Strong background in Agile delivery and coaching teams at scale
• Experience delivering healthcare or mental health digital systems
• Confident working with ambiguity, senior stakeholders and multiple suppliers
• Scrum / Agile certification (or equivalent experience)
