What You'll Do:
- Build and optimise full-funnel programmatic campaigns
- Translate business goals into measurable media plans
- Activate across top DSPs with deep hands-on expertise
- Lead performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting
- Collaborate with Paid Social, AV, and Search teams
- Drive innovation with new tools, tactics, and formats
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in programmatic/performance media
- Deep understanding of audience targeting and conversion tactics
- Strong commercial acumen and testing instincts
