Urgent: Business Analyst – Retail & E-commerce Transformation - Outside IR35

London (Hybrid) | 6-Month Contract | Consulting Engagement

I’m currently partnering with a consulting firm on an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst to support a major transformation for a leading retail client, focused on organisational re-design.

This is a high-impact programme , working at pace to define and embed new processes that underpin a large-scale digital transformation.

Interviews happening today & tomorrow – start ASAP (subject to availability).

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in process excellence and business analysis , working across stakeholders to define, design, and optimise workflows that support future-state operations.

This will involve:

• Documenting as-is processes in complex, often undocumented environments
• Leading stakeholder workshops and extracting critical process knowledge
• Designing future-state workflows aligned to target operating models
• Supporting content migration and CMS process mapping
• Driving training and business readiness activities
• Supporting testing to ensure successful delivery
