Ready to join a high-impact data enrichment project where your attention to detail actually matters? We’re looking for two meticulous Product Data Reviewers to help transform and standardise product information across thousands of SKUs.
You’ll be reviewing outputs from two AI tools that gather product attributes from competitor sources. Each tool fills its own Smartsheet, and your job is to compare results, validate accuracy, check source credibility, and ensure the data is compliant and legible before it goes anywhere near the front end. Once data is uploaded, it becomes live — so getting it right is everything.
What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing, validating, and sense-checking product data for accuracy and reliability
- Comparing AI outputs and investigating discrepancies
- Ensuring all attributes are compliant, consistent, and ready for upload
- Updating Smartsheets and reporting daily/weekly progress
- Working across multiple categories to help clear a backlog of 23,000 products
- Collaborating with the Product Data Manager and AI Specialist

- Data-driven approach with good Excel + Smartsheet skills
- Ability to work from a provided device with a suitable home office setup
