Content Manager

Salt are partnered with a global enterprise organisation and they are looking for a English (and ideally French) speaking Webinar Content Manager (EMEA) to join on a contract basis.

Location: London (Hybrid, 2–3 days on site)

Day Rate: £300–£335 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 9 months (ASAP start)

About the Role:

This is a regional role focused on leading the planning, localisation, and execution of webinar content across EMEA. You’ll take globally developed content and tailor it to ensure strong resonance with regional audiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and high-quality virtual events.

The role combines strategic content planning with hands-on delivery, including live webinar hosting, stakeholder collaboration, and real-time event management across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Localisation

  • Adapt global webinar topics, messaging, and assets for EMEA regional audiences
  • Partner with digital and marketing teams to define webinar strategy and language priorities
  • Oversee translation and localisation of content across key European languages
  • Develop contingency content to ensure seamless delivery during live sessions

Speaker Management & Enablement

  • Identify and engage subject matter experts to support webinar delivery
  • Coach speakers on content, delivery, and presentation best practice
  • Lead rehearsals and ensure speakers are fully prepared for live events

Webinar Execution & Hosting

  • Host and facilitate live webinars in English and German
  • Manage session flow, audience engagement, and live Q&A
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth technical delivery and resolve issues in real time

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with campaign, digital, and production teams to align on promotion and performance targets
  • Coordinate with localisation partners to ensure content accuracy and cultural relevance

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German, with strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience in content strategy and localisation within a B2B or technology environment
  • Strong background in webinar production, including hosting and speaker coordination
  • Excellent stakeholder management across regional and global teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident presenter with strong communication skills
  • Experience with webinar platforms and live event delivery
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and manage live event challenges effectively
