Design Lead - Brand
We have partnered with a high-growth, Series-B scale-up in the B2B Software space to support their hiring efforts to bring onboard a Design Lead to further evolve their brand and identity across all channels.
The business recently secured over £20 million in Series-B funding, and are on a clear trajectory to expand their reach both within the UK as well as globally - they see their brand and creative output as a key factor in determining the success of that growth, and are looking to bring the future direction of the brand and all communication design in-house.
Your role
- Re-shape and own the creative vision for the brand across all platforms.
- Lead hands-on design efforts to evolve the brand, fit for a global/enterprise audience.
- Collaborate with design specialists (e.g. motion) to bring the brand to life cross-platform.
- Re-perceive what is possible for brand/comms/identity work within the B2B SaaS space.
Your experience in order to be a great fit
- You will be a hands-on brand & comms focused designer with exceptional experience.
- You will either have worked at some of the worlds best-known scale-ups or brand studios.
- Have an exceptional bar for visual craft, and broader Art/Creative Direction.
- You have led B2B/Enterprise brand evolutions (this is a must-have requirement).
