Digital Analyst - 3 month FTC (Temp to perm) (London Area)

Salt is looking for an experienced Digital Analyst (3-month FTC) to support campaign tracking, reporting and insights across digital, web, social, and email activity. The role sits within a multi-disciplinary team and will be central in implementing tracking, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights for cross-channel campaigns targeting young audiences, educators, and communities.

  • Hybrid working in London

You will:

  • Set up and manage tracking across digital channels using GA4, GTM, and UTM parameters
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio to report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse web, social, and email performance, identifying actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking, quality assurance, and reporting consistency
  • Support continuous improvements in data collection, reporting processes, and team training

What you'll need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Power BI, Looker Studio, and social platform analytics
  • Solid knowledge of tracking and performance metrics across digital, social, and email
  • Confident communicator, able to explain data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in reporting for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and email tools (DotDigital a plus)
