Location : Remote – 1 day per week in London office ideal.

Salary: £60K - £70K based on experience + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Own and optimise the website as a lead-generating asset.
  • Plan and deliver SEO and paid campaigns (search, social, remarketing).
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end digital funnel, attracting the right audiences and turning interest into action through smart, data-driven optimisation at every stage.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track, test and scale what works.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and content teams
  • Translate digital activity into tangible pipeline growth and monitor KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proficient in B2B digital marketing – SaaS or tech experience essential
  • Proven success managing websites, SEO, paid campaigns and inbound funnels
  • Confident using HubSpot, GA4, CMS (WordPress or Framer), LinkedIn Ads, and reporting tools
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats - from strategic planning to hands-on delivery
  • Forward-thinking, curious, and always testing to improve performance
  • Experience with ABM or campaign workflows a bonus
