Director - Transaction Advisory

My client, a fast growing strategy and transaction advisory consultancy, is seeking a Director to lead commercial, digital, and tech due diligence projects for international buy and sell-side transactions, primarily for private equity clients. You will analyse digital business models, develop equity stories and value creation plans, and assess the strategic impact of AI on portfolio companies.

In this role you will:

• Lead buy and sell-side due diligence on international transactions.
• Analyse digital business models and data‐driven growth levers.
• Develop value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of private equity clients.
• Identify client issues, structure problems and independently develop solutions.
• Support and develop high-potential team members and contribute to senior hiring.

You bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in top tier strategy or transaction advisory consulting.
• Deep interest in technology, data, and AI.
• Strong academic background.
