This is an opportunity to join a high-profile, design-driven transformation initiative for a major automotive brand, helping shape future digital experiences across web, product, and wider customer journeys.

📍 London-based (2–3 days per week in the office)

The Role

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, UX, design, and delivery, helping translate customer, business, and technical requirements into actionable outputs that guide design and development teams.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support ongoing discovery, definition, and delivery activities across a range of digital touchpoints, with a particular focus on website transformation, digital products, and end-to-end service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with UX, Service Design, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover business needs, user requirements, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation.
  • Support discovery and definition phases, helping shape product and experience roadmaps.
  • Work alongside UX and Service Designers to define customer journeys, service blueprints, and future-state experiences.
  • Map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help prioritise requirements and manage scope across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, design teams, and technical delivery teams.
  • Support backlog creation and refinement within Agile delivery environments.
  • Validate proposed solutions against user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to testing, UAT planning, and solution validation where required.

Essential Experience

To be a strong fit for this engagement, you'll need:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within leading digital, product, or design agencies.
  • Strong experience supporting UX, CX, Service Design, or Design-led transformation programmes.
  • A track record of working closely with UX Designers, Service Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience delivering requirements for large-scale website, digital product, or customer experience transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and translating requirements into user stories and backlog items.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business, design, and technical audiences.
