Human Resources Business Partner

Salt are partnering with a leading global technology and consumer platform organisation and are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join their People team across the EMEA region.

About the Role

This is a strategic HR leadership role supporting senior business stakeholders across multiple countries within the EMEA region. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping shape organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee experience, and workforce planning initiatives.

Working within a fast-paced, international environment, you'll partner closely with specialist People functions to implement regional and global programmes while ensuring local business needs are effectively represented. The role combines strategic thinking with operational delivery, requiring strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and people strategy.
  • Lead the execution of talent management cycles, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide expert support on employee relations matters and complex people-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience to deliver people programmes across the region.
  • Support the implementation of diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, ensuring alignment between global priorities and regional requirements.
  • Deliver regional insights and workforce recommendations to help inform broader global people strategies.
  • Utilise HR data and analytics to identify trends, drive decision-making, and measure programme effectiveness.
  • Champion a positive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience within high-growth, complex, multinational organisations.
  • Strong expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Recruitment, Change Management, or related areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Employment Law, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders within a matrixed international environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment practices and people challenges across the EMEA region.
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms, with exposure to enterprise HRIS systems highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including cloud-based productivity suites.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve processes, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate sensitive and complex organisational situations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional internal and external experiences.
