Managing Consultant - Payroll Transformation and Advisory

My client is a global consulting leader in digital innovation and transformation, looking to hire a Managing Consultant for their HR & Payroll Practice.

The role involves leading Payroll Transformation and Advisory projects, enabled by cloud technologies like SAP, Workday, and Oracle.

Key requirements:

• Experience in transformation activities such as discovery, solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, and change management.
• Experience in a major Consulting firm - strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in proposition building & delivery.
• Knowledge of UK Payroll legislation.
