Project Manager

Salt are partnered with a global enterprise organisation and they are looking for a Project Manager to join on a contract basis.

Location: London (Hybrid – approx. 3 days in office)

Day Rate: £550–£600 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months (ASAP start)

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to lead complex digital transformation and marketing technology programmes across a regional portfolio, primarily UK-based with some international exposure.

You’ll work closely with clients and delivery partners to drive projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes aligned to business objectives. The role requires engagement with stakeholders at all levels, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

You will be responsible for validating solutions, managing project risks, defining requirements, and overseeing delivery across the full project lifecycle, while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including estimation, planning, execution, risk, budget, and timeline management
• Proven background delivering digital marketing, automation, campaign, or content management projects
• Experience working within a software vendor or complex delivery environment (or a mix of vendor/client-side roles)
• Ability to manage large programmes or multiple concurrent workstreams
• Confident stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior and executive audiences
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
• Strong commercial awareness, including forecasting, resource planning, and financial tracking
• Familiarity with enterprise digital platforms such as CMS, marketing automation, or eCommerce solutions is advantageous
• Professional project management certification and/or consulting background preferred
• Comfortable working across distributed teams and multiple time zones
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are beneficial
