Reporting Analyst SQL & Qlik Sense

BI Reporting Analyst | SQL & Qlik Sense | UK Inside IR35 Contract

I am supporting a key client who looking for a BI Reporting Analyst to join the team and play a key role in driving data-informed decisions across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

The Contract

- Initial 4 month contract (extension highly likely)

- Inside IR35

- £290 per day

- 2 days per week on site (London)

What You'll Do:

* Design and build intuitive, interactive dashboards focused on retention and revenue-driving activities

* Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to support data integration

* Leverage SQL and Python to analyze data and automate workflows

* Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing experiments and establishing performance baselines

* Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful insights

* Present findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership

* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through strong QA practices

What You Bring:

* Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau, QlikSense, or similar tools

* Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipelines

* Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimentation analysis

* 3+ years working with call center data and related KPIs

* 3+ years working with web/digital data and performance metrics

* Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate data into business insights

* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
