The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on upper mid-market and enterprise clients.

This is a front-line leadership role where you will be responsible for coaching, pipeline execution, and deal strategy—playing a key role in driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed sales targets
  • Drive pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and deal inspection through Salesforce
  • Support high-value deals with strategic input, executive presence, and negotiation guidance
  • Run regular 1:1s and team sessions focused on skill development and value-based selling
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new hires to productivity

About You (Required Experience)

  • Proven experience in a similar Sales Manager / frontline leadership role within SaaS
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with short sales cycles
  • At least 3 years of SaaS sales experience, plus a minimum of 2 years in sales leadership
  • Proven success leading AEs closing enterprise or upper mid-market deals
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Background in digital marketing, analytics, or MarTech environments is highly relevant
  • Demonstrated ability to coach reps across discovery, business case development, and negotiation
  • Strong forecasting discipline and operational rigor
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, or Clari
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance execution and long-term team growth
