My client are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join their growing team. You will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce applications across Marketing, Sales, Service, CPQ, FSL, Community Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will engage directly with business analysts, stakeholders, and clients to translate requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, FSL, Community).
  • Lead workshops with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand product requirements.
  • Own the delivery of product and project deliverables.
  • Customize and maintain CRM Sales, Service processes, CPQ, FSL, Document Generation (Conga/Nintex), and Community Cloud implementations.
  • Apply Salesforce architectural best practices, security models, and design standards.
  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable solutions using APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Work on integrations with other enterprise systems including ERP (12.2.6), Fusion, SAP, banks, and payment gateways via MuleSoft.
  • Implement DevOps and CI/CD best practices using Azure, Copado, OwnBackup.
  • Participate in regression, performance testing, and debugging to ensure production stability.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate in an Agile development environment, managing multiple tasks with aggressive timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certification is mandatory.
  • 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce core development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST APIs).
  • Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, HexaBPM, Nintex Drawloop, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of technical architectures, integration patterns, and security within the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience delivering Agile projects using JIRA and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Previous experience delivering Salesforce solutions within property development, marketing, or sales industries is highly desirable.
