Head of SEO & AI Search, independent agency, London (hybrid), 50-60K

A fast-growing independent digital agency is hiring a Head of SEO & AI Search to lead its SEO function, own client delivery, and shape the future of its AI-powered search offering.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a small SEO team
  • Drive strategy, roadmaps, QBRs & performance
  • Partner with tech leads on migrations & major SEO projects
  • Build and scale the agency’s AI Search proposition (AIO, GEO, AI-assisted workflows)
  • Improve delivery processes using AI + manage internal systems
  • Support onboarding, retention & new-business opportunities
  • Report directly to the MD
