Reading (Hybrid); £70-80K+ with Bonus & Bens

As they embark on a journey and growth and innovation in the marketing team - there comes with that opportunity to reshape focus. Hence the reason for this role!

The Day to Day

o Strategise & Plan - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, support product launches and generate awareness and consideration with our target audience segments

o Brand Alignment - Work closely with the People team directorate to ensure alignment and consistency between the external and internal brand as it is refreshed

o Develop - Develop value propositions for existing and new product and service portfolio

o Execute - Lead in the development and delivery of impactful integrated go to market campaigns for all audience types eg, customers, partners, industry, local authorities, by mapping products to their needs obtained from insight analysis.

o Storytelling and Messaging - Create an annual calendar of activity for campaigns across the business that represents all stakeholder needs and meets the prioritised business objectives

o Engage/Network - Support the Marketing Co-ordinator to oversee annual external facing events calendar, including things such as the CS Annual Conference and Trade exhibitions and so forth.

o Generate - Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop campaigns that drive brand visibility and market recognition through our digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, webinars and other online platforms to generate leads and demand.

o Launch - Collaborate closely with the head of Product Development and Product marketing team to plan and execute effective product launches

o Collaborate - Identify partnerships and co-branding opportunities with selected channel partners, including MNOs, to take and deliver brand products to market.

Who are you?

Senior B2B marketer (at least 10 years) with broad marketing experience, navigating complex industries/verticals - clientside technology/software/teleco is a definite TICK!

Significant experience of working in fast moving, changing environments especially during times of transformational change

Strong focus on the customer, ability to understand audience profiles and translate their needs into a compelling proposition.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
