Senior Product Designer

Salt have partnered with a founder-led Marketing SaaS scale-up to find them a Senior Product Designer to help support them as they continue to scale.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities through strategic Design and User Research.

Working across multiple product squads, you'll be reporting into the Product Design Lead and work across end-to-end experience, through research and ideaion to polished, production-ready interfaces.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on web-based SaaS products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end Product Design
• User-first mentality
• Confidence working on Design Systems in Figma.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity, requiring 2 days per week onsite in Brighton.
