Salt have partnered with a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits for frequent flyers and global citizens. They're on the lookout for a Senior UX Designer to take ownership of the User Experience across a variety of cross-platform product channels in an end-to-end capacity.

So, what are they looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing a blend of mobile apps and web experiences.
• Experience working in the travel, finance, loyalty, or benefits sectors.
• Strong experience in Figma, with expertise managing design libraries and systems.
• Good understanding of both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Data literacy, ideally with tools like FullStory, Contentsquare, or other product analytics platforms.

This is a full-time, hybrid role that can be based in either London or Manchester, offering a salary of £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience. The role also offers vast professional development and growth opportunities, as well as flexible working hours.
