Strategic Development Manager

SALT is partnering with a leading global technology brand looking for a Strategic Development Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll help enterprise clients adopt cutting-edge creative and AI-driven design tools, lead workshops and demos, and drive scalable adoption across departments.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

• £350p/day
• London (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support creative, IT, and developer teams in adopting emerging design tools
• Lead discovery sessions, demos, and workshops tailored to customer needs
• Identify high-value use cases and scale adoption across departments
• Generate actionable insights to inform Product and Go-To-Market teams

Requirements:

• Experience delivering creative or visual communication projects for enterprise clients
• Strong customer engagement, discovery, and solution evangelism skills
• Hands-on with creative software (Photoshop + Illustrator/InDesign/Premiere/After Effects)
• Familiarity with generative AI and automation in creative workflows
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
