Transformation Program Manager

My retail client is seeking a business focused Transformation Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of critical growth initiatives, from initial shaping through to mobilisation and execution.

The role is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract, with scope to extend or become permanent.

Role Overview

• Newly created role within a major transformation programme

• Focus on digital transformation and customer loyalty strategy across the group

• High-visibility role reporting directly into the exec

• Part of a broader investment in transformation and capability build-out

Desired Profile

• Experience in the retail sector is essential, with strong digital and ecommerce experience

• Strong business transformation & change experience

• Able to operate at a strategic level and execute

• Comfortable building structure in a new/undefined environment

• Experience working in B2B, logistics, supply chain and fulfilment

• Experience in digital and/or customer loyalty transformation preferred

Salary: £100,000-£120,000 base salary plus up to 50% bonus

Location: Somerset (hybrid working)

Duration: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract with strong likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent contract
