The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Architecture Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions. Youll own the architecture strategy across applications, data and integration, ensuring technology enables business value today while setting us up for the future. This role works closely with IT leadership, business partners and external suppliers to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality solutions.
  • Lead the enterprise architecture strategy across applications, data, integration and infrastructure, aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop and present solution designs, architecture roadmaps and capital proposals, including budget impact and benefits.
  • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver change in line with agreed product roadmaps.
  • Provide architectural governance through standards, principles and Design Authority engagement.
  • Lead, coach and upskill architects and developers, promoting continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies

  • Strong understanding of development methodologies and how to apply them in real-world delivery.
  • Demonstrable people management experience, including demand, workload and capability planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Broad technical awareness, including infrastructure and cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on secure-by-design architecture.
