Associate Director

We are with a global consultancy that’s expanding its Technology/IT Due Diligence team across the mid‐market. This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role delivering pre‐ and post‐deal IT advisory for private equity clients, portfolio companies, and industry corporates.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Technology / IT Due Diligence across pre‐deal assessments and post‐deal transformation.
• Deliver integration, separation, carve‐out and divestment projects end‐to‐end.
• Partner with PE investors, portcos, and corporate clients to identify risks, efficiencies, and value creation opportunities.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and business development, helping shape and grow the practice.
• Mentor and lead junior consultants within a collaborative, high‐growth global team.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong consulting or advisory background (Big 4, global or boutique).
• Proven experience in tech / IT due diligence, integration or carve‐out projects.
• Exposure to private equity deals, portfolio company transformations, or corporate M&A.
• Commercial, confident communicator with a track record of building and winning client relationships.
• Ambitious, delivery‐driven, and ready to step up.
