What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting delivery of client projects and transformation programmes
- Assisting with analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Learning consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Contributing to project governance, reporting, and planning activities
- Working alongside experienced consultants to build practical capability
Development & Accreditation
A key part of these roles is your progression. You will:
- Receive structured training aligned to recognised frameworks (e.g. SFIA)
- Be supported to achieve relevant certifications (role-dependent), such as:
- Business Analysis qualifications
- Change management certifications
- Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
- Technical certifications aligned to your specialism
- Build a portfolio of delivery experience across multiple engagements
