Digital Organisation Design & Transformation Lead
\n Reading (2 days per week onsite) | 6 months | £750/day (Inside IR35) | SC Cleared

We're looking for an experienced Digital Organisation Design & Transformation Lead to support a major programme within a complex, security-conscious environment.
\n
This role will suit someone who has delivered large-scale digital transformation within engineering, defence, or similarly complex organisations and can shape how digital capabilities are structured, delivered, and Embedded.
\n
What you'll be doing:
\n
* Leading digital transformation strategy and delivery across a complex organisation
\n * Designing digital-first operating models and supporting workforce planning
\n * Driving organisational design to enable modern digital capability
\n * Leading change management and stakeholder engagement at senior level
\n * Balancing programme demands within a highly secure environment
\n
What we're looking for:
\n
Proven experience delivering digital transformation programmes
\n Strong organisational design & operating model development background
\n Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leadership
\n Experience in engineering, defence, or complex regulated environments
\n
Requirements:

SC Clearance (minimum)
\n
6 months
\n Reading - 2 days per week onsite
\n £750/day (Inside IR35)
