Digital Tranbsformation/Programme Manager - SC Cleared

Digital organisation design and transformation experts(X2 Full time employee)

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in digital transformation strategy and delivery, ideally within complex engineering or defence environments.
• Strong background in organisational design, including operating model development and workforce planning for digital-first organisations.
• Expertise in implementing fast paced Agile ways of working
• Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale digital programs, balancing programme demands within a security conscious organisation.

Requirements:

• UK national
• SC cleared (as minimum)
