They’re now looking for Full Stack Developers (from early-career engineers to experienced senior developers) to join their expanding delivery team. You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and building scalable, event-driven applications, contributing to architecture decisions, and shaping both the technical direction and culture of a rapidly scaling consultancy.

If you’re a software engineer who loves to code , but also values collaboration, creativity, and the opportunity to help shape a company from the ground up - this is the role for you.

  • Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of microservice architecture and domain-driven design

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms , ideally AWS and/or Azure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Motivated, adaptable, and proactive mindset with an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic start-up environment

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Camunda and BPMN modelling
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines , infrastructure-as-code , and DevOps automation
  • Experience working in or delivering to public-sector or secure environments
  • Understanding of agentic AI , workflow automation , or process optimisation

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders: Learn from experienced practitioners in a nurturing, hands-on environment
