SC Cleared Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £500 per day Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid - Corsham
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery within a Defence environment. The successful candidate will have strong Agile delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to support high-performing technical teams.

Key requirements:

• Previous Defence sector experience
• Strong Scrum Master / Agile delivery background
• Essential experience with JIRA
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
