User Researcher (BPSS Eligible)Location: Remote (occasional London travel)Rate: £477 per day (Inside IR35)Duration: 12 monthsThe RoleWe're looking for an experienced User Researcher to join an Agile team delivering user-centred digital services. You'll lead research activities that inform design decisions, ensuring products are accessible, inclusive, and aligned to real user needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, scope, and deliver user research across the Agile lifecycleUse qualitative methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys, ethnography, focus groups)Collaborate with Designers, Product Owners, and Developers to prioritise researchTurn research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsCommunicate complex research outputs to stakeholders effectivelyEnsure research supports accessible, inclusive, and ethical designContribute to service and design improvements based on user insightFacilitate workshops and help teams interpret research findingsAdvocate for user-centred design across teamsKey Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in user research within Agile environmentsProven ability to translate insights into practical design recommendationsExperience engaging stakeholders and influencing decisionsKnowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive research practicesComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving teamsDesirableNHS / healthcare experienceMobile app research experienceEligibilityMust be BPSS eligibleReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
