We're Hiring: AVP / VP of Business Development (Insurance Solutions)

Location: London (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week in office or with clients)

We're now looking for a Vice President of Business Development to join the growing UK team and drive strategic growth across the region.

Established and Growing:

They already support 200 clients globally — including 30 in the UK — and they are scaling fast. With a strong foundation in the London Market and beyond, they grew 25% last year and are targeting c30%+ growth this year.

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned business development professional with 10+ years' experience in insurance (technology or services sales)
  • A well-connected individual able to confidently communicate with clients and prospects, in London Market or Broker, MGA and/or Captive
  • Experience with long sales cycles and complex, high-value solution sales

The Role:

  • Develop and close new business opportunities in the UK
  • Work closely with a supportive SVP who will help open doors and guide strategy
  • Drive deals ranging from £100,000 to $10M+ multi-year contracts
  • Be part of a collaborative and experienced UK sales team
