Are you a strategic and hands-on IT leader passionate about using technology to make a real difference? We're proud to be partnering with a leading charity to recruit a Head of IT who will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a technology strategy that supports meaningful social impact.

About the Role:

As Head of IT, you'll be responsible for setting and executing the technology strategy, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and leading a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring the IT function is agile, secure, and future-ready.

Head of IT Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the delivery of IT services, infrastructure, and support across the organisation.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, cybersecurity, and data strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Head of IT About You:

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as Head of IT
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing change and delivering complex IT projects.
