Are you a Mobile Test Automation Engineer passionate about quality, performance, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment?

We're seeking an experienced engineer to join a growing QA function and play a key role in shaping the future of smart building technology. You'll work on cutting-edge mobile products that transform how people interact with physical spaces, helping create truly connected and intelligent environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks for React Native mobile applications (iOS and Android).

  • Write robust end-to-end, integration, and UI tests using tools like Detox, Appium, or WebdriverIO.

  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Analyse test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement of QA practices.

  • Mentor junior QA team members and champion automation-first principles.

  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and techniques for enhanced test efficiency.


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in mobile automation testing across iOS and Android.

  • Hands-on experience with React Native testing tools like Detox, Appium, or similar.

  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.

  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, and performance profiling.

  • Comfortable with development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Expo.

  • Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Gherkin.

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar agile tools.

  • Exposure to mobile performance or load testing.
