Our client is looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. Following the successful implementation of a new CRM platform, they are now looking for someone to develop custom applications, automate business processes and maximise the value of the platform across the wider business.

This role will play a key part in extending the CRM's capabilities through the development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and SQL based data solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, build scalable solutions, and ensure data is accessible, accurate and supports informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain custom Power Apps to enhance the functionality of the CRM platform.
  • Build and optimise Power Automate workflows to automate and improve business processes.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources.
  • Support reporting and Business Intelligence by providing accurate data extracts and integrating data into Power Platform solutions.
  • Work directly with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and data-driven solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with minimal supervision and take ownership from design through to implementation.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Solid SQL skills, including writing complex queries, extracting data, data manipulation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and developing custom applications to enhance business functionality.
  • Understanding of data integration and the ability to work with multiple data sources.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage users at all levels of the business.
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the ability to hit the ground running and work with minimal hand holding.
  • Experience delivering solutions independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor who enjoys taking ownership, building impactful Power Platform solutions, and working closely with the business to deliver enhancements that improve both CRM functionality and the wider use of organisational data.
