Genesys Cloud Engineer Cardiff - 1x a month 6-month initial contract with scope to extend Excellent day rates Umbrella engagement I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation seeking a hands-on Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, deliver and support modern contact centre solutions. Key Skills & Experience: Proven track record designing and building Genesys Cloud Architect flows across voice, email and messaging channels Experience developing APIs and integrating third-party tools and services Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services Knowledge of IP telephony, Genesys Cloud Edge devices and SIP trunking Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including analysing SIP traces Basic understanding of Terraform and Genesys CX as Code Experience with omnichannel contact centre solutions Knowledge of AI and automation capabilities within Genesys Cloud Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party systems Understanding of cloud infrastructure and security best practices Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
