This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative engineering environment where you'll play a key role in shaping platform capability, improving developer experience, and driving best practices across cloud infrastructure and DevOps.You'll be working within an agile team responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure platform services across development, testing, and production environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support cloud-based platform solutions across development, test, and production environmentsCollaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and remove delivery obstaclesDrive automation across infrastructure and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliabilityMonitor, maintain, and optimise platform performance, scalability, and cost-effectivenessContribute to platform architecture and tooling decisions, identifying opportunities for improvementEnsure platforms meet security, compliance, and operational best practice standardsSupport CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent, repeatable deployment processesAct as an escalation point for platform-related issues and support operational excellenceWhat We're Looking ForExperience working in a Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure-focused roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based environments (PaaS & IaaS)Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automating cloud deploymentsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (such as Azure DevOps) and modern release practicesScripting experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similarUnderstanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance best practicesExperience working closely with development teams to enable efficient deliveryApplicants must be UK-based and eligible to meet Security Clearance requirements (including UK residency for the past 5 years).This is a full-time, permanent role offering a remote-first working model and a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
