Service Design Workstream LeadRate: Up to c£600 (inside IR35/via umbrella)Location: London (Hybrid) 1/2x per week onsiteDuration: 6 month initial contractClearance: Active SC clearance is essentialSanderson are supporting a major transformation programme seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream.This role requires a blend of deep Service Design expertise and strong leadership capability. You'll lead a team responsible for understanding current services and processes, designing future operating models and driving successful transformation delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Service Design workstream across a large transformation programme.Drive As Is, To Be and transition state design.Lead and develop a team of Service Designers and analysts.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.Ensure service design activities align with programme delivery and business outcomes.Drive collaboration across multiple workstreams.Experience RequiredExtensive Service Design and process improvement experience.Proven experience within large scale transformation programmes.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience leading teams and building high performing cultures.Expertise in end to end service design, process mapping and operating model design.BPMN experience desirable.If this is of interest, please apply online with an updated CV attachedReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
