Sourcing Manager - IT & Indirect ProcurementHybrid - Leeds (3-4 days per month in the office)£55,000 + benefitsWe're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Sourcing Manager to join a high-performing Procurement team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing activity across IT/Technology and Indirect categories, delivering value, reducing risk, and supporting key business objectives.The OpportunityAs a Sourcing Manager, you'll lead end-to-end sourcing projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify efficiencies, drive commercial outcomes, and strengthen supplier relationships. You'll play a key role in ensuring procurement activity aligns with regulatory requirements, third-party risk standards, and internal governance frameworks.Key responsibilities include:Leading strategic sourcing and tender activities across IT and/or Indirect categoriesDelivering commercial value through supplier negotiations and market benchmarkingManaging supplier onboarding, contract reviews, risk assessments, and performance issuesSupporting contract governance and ensuring robust commercial controlsAdvising stakeholders on total cost of ownership (TCO) and supplier risk considerationsBuilding strong relationships across the business to influence decision-making and drive best practice procurementAbout YouWe're keen to speak with procurement professionals who have:Experience as a Sourcing Manager, Procurement Manager, or Category ManagerStrong strategic sourcing and category management expertiseExperience across IT/Technology and/or Indirect spend categoriesExcellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of supplier risk management and contract governanceThe ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a complex environmentA track record of delivering procurement savings and commercial benefitsExperience within a regulated industry or financial services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.What's on OfferHybrid working model with just 3-4 days per month in the Leeds officeOpportunity to work on high-value, business-critical sourcing projectsCollaborative and supportive team environmentExposure to a broad range of stakeholders and strategic procurement initiativesIf you're a commercially astute procurement professional who thrives on negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value, we'd love to hear from you.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
