This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic AI team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in Insurtech and Fintech. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI applications, fine-tune LLMs, and integrate AI capabilities across platforms.
About the Role-
Lead the design, implementation, and fine-tuning of LLMs and generative AI solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open-source models).

Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies.

Develop AI-powered applications integrating LLMs with APIs, agents, and workflows.

Deploy and monitor AI models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).

Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and best practices.

Translate business requirements into AI solutions and ensure responsible AI practices and high-quality outputs.

6+ years of Python development with hands-on experience in Generative AI

Strong experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS)

Proven team leadership and mentoring skills; managing 3-5 engineers

Cloud deployment experience with Docker/Kubernetes

Deep understanding of transformer architectures, AI/ML principles, and MLOps

Experience developing REST APIs and Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, Crew AI)

Experience in Insurtech or Fintech domains

Knowledge of insurance workflows or policy administration systems

Team leadership and client-facing experience
