Contract Opportunity | Financial Services | Enterprise Agile Transformation

Sanderson is partnering with a leading banking organisation to recruit an experienced Agile Coach to support the rollout of a new enterprise-wide delivery operating model.

This is a high-profile transformation role, working closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to drive agile maturity, embed new ways of working, and support organisational change across a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders to shape and implement a new delivery operating model.
  • Provide enterprise-level agile coaching across business and technology functions.
  • Coach leadership teams, delivery teams, and agile practitioners to improve agility, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of Agile frameworks, practices, and principles across the organisation.
  • Support cultural and behavioural change initiatives aligned to the transformation strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Establish and embed governance, metrics, and continuous improvement practices within a regulated banking environment.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience operating as an Enterprise Agile Coach within large, complex organisations.
  • Previous experience working within regulated environments, ideally financial services or banking.
  • Strong expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum and Kanban.
  • Demonstrable experience coaching at both enterprise and team levels.
  • Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of organisational design, operating model transformation, and agile delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
