A leading Retail organisation is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join their Customer & Data function and lead a team of analysts driving customer, CRM and commercial insight across the business.
You'll take ownership of a team of 4 Analysts, helping shape the future of customer analytics, CRM performance and data-driven decision making.
The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Analysts
- Build and mature the analytics capability, driving best practice across analysis, forecasting and insight delivery
- Drive CRM and customer performance through data-led recommendations and optimisation
- Lead complex customer analytics projects, translating business challenges into actionable insights
- Prioritise and manage a varied analytics backlog using Agile methodologies
- Partner with stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and Commercial functions
- Develop forecasting models, analytical tools and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision making
Skills/Experience
- Proven experience leading people/team
- Strong Retail, eCommerce or customer-focused industry experience
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience delivering commercial insights that drive measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift or Google BigQuery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders
