  • Map and improve end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to business needs
  • Support product backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritisation activities
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies including stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Produce clear documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process maps)
  • Facilitate workshops and support adoption of new tools and features

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Business Analyst (typically 2–5 years, flexible depending on profile)
  • Strong process engineering and requirements gathering capability
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and challenge stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work at pace
  • Experience working in cross-functional, digital or agile environments
  • Proven experience within the London Insurance Market (essential)
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Interest in AI-enabled ways of working

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to system implementations or transformation programmes
  • Additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, Dutch)

Environment

  • Fast-paced, outcome-focused culture
  • Multidisciplinary teams across Europe and global tech hubs
  • High stakeholder exposure across underwriting, operations, and technology
  • Opportunity to contribute to major platform builds and transformation initiatives

Package & Location

  • London-based (minimum 3 days per week in office)
  • Salary: £50,000–£65,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: 8–10% annual target
  • Competitive benefits package

Why Apply?

This is an excellent opportunity for a BA looking to step into a transformation-focused role with real business impact, within the London Market insurance space, and gain exposure to large-scale, international change programmes in a modern, tech-enabled environment.
