Hybrid (2 days a month in North-west England office)

Our Financial Services client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed term basis where you'll play a central part in simplifying and modernising their core banking product propositions as they migrate to a new system.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Analysing legacy products and recommend whether to migrate or retire them, ensuring consistency and reduced risk.
  • Identify how changes affect customers and support comms planning.
  • Produce notices of variation, track actions, and prepare clear reports for senior stakeholders.

For this role you should have:

  • Strong experience as a BA within retail banking essential
  • Strong knowledge of current and savings accounts
  • Strong analysis skills; process mapping, 'as is' & 'to be' states, requirements gathering
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively within cross-functional teams.
