⭐ 3 days p/w onsite in London or Hampshire

⭐ £550 Inside IR35 (Via an Umbrella)

We're working with a household retail client on a new Workforce Management (WFM) Post-integration enhancement project focusing on enhancing tooling, processes and user experience across score and back-office environments.

They're looking for a BA with the following skills:

• Exposure to Monday.com or similar workflow tools
• Experience with Workforce Management systems
• Experience in multi-brand / group environments
• Retail experience (store + back-office operations)
• Experience improving ways of working and operational processes
