Business Analyst

Busienss Analyst, London, Hybrid working, £60-£65k

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing Technology & Data team within a leading global law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, improving business processes, and supporting the delivery of technology and change initiatives across a global business.

You'll work across a variety of projects, partnering with business and technology teams to gather requirements, map processes, support testing, and help deliver meaningful change.

This role would suit someone with a solid foundation in Business Analysis who is looking to continue developing their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Supporting business and technology change projects from discovery through to delivery
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Mapping and analysing business processes to identify improvements
  • Translating business needs into clear functional requirements
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities
  • Collaborating with project managers, developers, and third-party suppliers
  • Helping drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
  • Producing clear documentation and maintaining project artefacts

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar change-focused role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Understanding of process mapping and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience supporting testing/UAT activities
  • Comfortable working with both business and technical teams

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within professional services, legal, or corporate environments
  • Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
  • Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or Mural
  • Knowledge of finance systems or ERP platforms
