Hybrid (2 days/week in Kent)

Full-time (32 hrs/week - 4 day working week!)

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a background in secured lending and a passion for process improvement? We're looking for a confident and detail-oriented BA to join our team, supporting change initiatives across lending, savings, and operational areas.

What you'll do:

• Gather and document business requirements across departments

• Map current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") processes

• Drive change initiatives and improve customer journeys

• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

• Support secured lending projects and help streamline workflows

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years' BA experience in financial services

• Solid understanding of secured and unsecured lending

• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Visio, Excel or SQL is a plus
