Business Analyst - Up to £640 p/d
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
The successful Business Analyst will play a key role in refining and shaping existing requirements, working closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure effective case management processes and CRM functionality are delivered. This role requires a confident, proactive BA who can challenge constructively and operate with credibility in a demanding environment.
Up to £640 p/d
6 month initial contract (with scope for extensions)
Hybrid working - 1 day a week onsite in the client's office in Worcestershire
Experience needed:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce CRM implementations (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud essential)
- Strong experience refining and shaping requirements (rather than full elicitation)
- Solid background in case management processes
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and delivery partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and push back where required
- Experience working in Housing or Private Sector environments (preferred but not essential)
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including JIRA and Confluence
- Confident, credible and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
