Business Analyst NPPV2
Role: Business Analyst
Day Rate: £450 - 600 p/d (Outside IR35)
Location: London twice weekly
Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance & NPPV2/3 (or eligible for NPPV2)
Duration: 6 month initial Work Package with scope for extension (2 year programme)

Role Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation across people, process and technology change.
- Work with senior policing stakeholders and operational teams to understand challenges and define future solutions.
- Support the design of new operating models, improved ways of working and digitally enabled services.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and analysis activities in a sensitive, highly scrutinised setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, aligned and strategically sound.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large transformation or organisational change programme - ideally within a Justice or Policing environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ideally in public-sector, justice or policing environments.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, navigate cultural change and translate complex problems into clear insights.
- Confident in process mapping, requirements definition and analytical documentation.
- Minimum: SC Clearance (essential)
- NPPV2 highly desirable - sponsorship available for suitable candidates
- Shape meaningful, high-impact change within UK policing
- Work on a programme driving significant cultural and operational improvements
- Influence frontline services and support a safer, more modern public safety organisation
